Hotel is located on quite street in Paris center, 3 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe and 15-20 minutes from Eiffel Tower. Room was exactly as it is shown on the hotel's pictures. It has tiny kitchenette with sink, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee machine ( aka Nespresso ), good amount of dishes, small eat-in-kitchen area( table with stools), good size bathroom with electric wall battery. Bedroom is small but enough for sleeping and suitcases. Living room has sofa bed, chair, coffee tables and closet with safe. Room sizes are small but decent for Paris center. Beds were comfortable, we got 2 pillows for each person. Hotel provides reusable bottle of water which is refiled daily , we have requested additional one and got it without any issue. Our room was on the 4th floor so no view is available. Hotel has elevator and noticeable stairs. Room was cleaned daily including weekend and towels were exchanged even thought we have hanged it on the battery. We did not use hotel breakfast as Pret-A-Manger ( *PRET*) is 50 meters away from the hotel. Stuff is friendly and supportive.

From offering practical advice to ensuring everything ran smoothly, Slimane went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His calm, resourceful, and proactive approach stood out, and it was clear that many other guests appreciated him as much as we did. The hotel’s central location, well-maintained facilities, and courteous staff added to the overall experience, but Slimane was undoubtedly the biggest factor in earning our loyalty. Hotel Helzear Etoile has set a gold standard for hospitality, and we look forward to returning.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Went to Paris to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday (on Liberation Day) and they were wonderful. We were really spoilt by the unexpected extra attention by all - The receptionist had spotted the date on his ID! Helpful advice during the visit - eating places etc. and only about 10 minutes from the Champs Elycee. Also Kitchen facilties in room if one wanted to reduce catering costs. Taxi organised for return to Gare de Nord station - Much pleasanter experience than the one we'd arrived in and over 25% cheaper! Cannot recommend enough!

Love the location and proximity to great restaurants, metro and shopping. The bed was amazingly comfortable- any chance I can buy one of those comforters?? Staff was helpful, kind and friendly. This is our second time staying at the property and will return again!

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and many other attractions in less than 10 minutes. The room was spacious having two separate areas for sitting and sleeping and was clean and well presented.
